All potential exhibitors are reviewed against strict qualification criteria by the organisers of T-Fest. Please read through the T-Fest website carefully to ensure that your product offering is in line with the high-end, unique, luxury travel options promised to buyers in attendance. At the moment we are only accepting expressions of interest via the Failte Ireland Portal (ROI) and Tourism Northern Ireland Business Solutions email (NI) as this is a very popular promotion, stand participants will be chosen by random selection, having regard to regional and business-type representation.
Attending industry partners will be required to book their own travel arrangement and accommodation and must attend the full workshop i.e. no early departures.
Please note that Tourism Ireland will be supporting industry to attend T-Fest. This year Tourism Ireland is elevating our partnership with PLF by sponsoring space in the Global Village. This will provide additional exposure to showcase Ireland to this lucrative captive audience.
Participant fee is €9,950 (£8,240) plus tax, per industry member. Tourism Ireland will cover 75% of the participation fee. Cost to Industry is then €2,487.50 (£2,060) plus tax. Industry will also be able to avail of T&S support subject to terms and conditions. Additional delegate badges will be invoiced at full cost to industry partners.
